Understanding what's going on in your brain and body when you have excess stress and learning what you can do to help yourself  enables you to make changes that will improve your mental and physical health.

I will help you recognise the signs of too much stress and use the 5 domain model from Shanker's Self-Reg to identify all your sources of stress. I will share skills & strategies for reducing your stress load and ways to find calm.  As you learning and try different strategies and skills you will build a personal stress & wellbeing toolkit that will allow you to flourish. ​ Over a series of sessions you will make small changes to your mindset and daily routine that will make a big difference to your health and happiness
