All workshops are designed to help students optimise their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Learning 2 Flourish is a series of eight workshops which are designed to work together but can stand alone. The sessions are highly interactive and packed with tools, tips and strategies they can use in their daily lives, both a home and at school.

Our modern world is full of things that stimulate us and it can be hard to take a break. Learn to pay attention to the signs your body and brain are giving you about your stress levels and become aware of all the hidden stressors that zap your energy.

Stress Less

We live in demanding and stressful times and excessive or chronic stress is a major cause of many illnesses from depression to heart disease. In this workshop students will learn  practical tools, tips and strategies for reducing stress and feeling back in control.

Discover why sleep is the foundation of wellness, how it impacts our everything from our cognitive function, weight and mood. During this session you'll be able to identify habits which may be affecting the duration and quality of your sleep.

Spending too much time seated at school or at home reduces muscular and respiratory fitness but also increases appetite and curbs the desire to participate in activities.  We can access a more active lifestyle that makes us feel better inside and out- we just need to add a few ingredients to our daily routine.
