The workshop is interactive, informative and practical, empowering employees with the knowledge and skills to manage stress in healthy ways.

At the end of the workshop participants will be able to

  • Recognise the signs of too much ‘stress’ in yourself and others

  • Understand how the brain & body responds to ‘stress’

  • Know some practical ways to reset and calm

  • Identify a range of stressors that contribute to your stress load

  • Use a tool to reduce your ‘stress load’

  • Know some strategies to promote balance and enhance resilience

  • Make an action plan with strategies help change behaviour
