Springfield Healthcare recently engaged Andrea to help us at an off-site management meeting. Looking after our team so that they can look after our clients is of paramount importance to us at Springfield. I would highly recommend one of Andrea's sessions. I attended a taster session. She gave a great understanding of what stress is and how it is caused and then excellent tips/techniques and approaches for managing stress in your teenager. Any parent would benefit - if you have a teenager or younger kids you should attend a session and get prepared. Really, really, helpful

I really enjoyed your session and I think that given the time you had and the small amount of space, it was a powerful session that I learnt from personally, and I’ve studied a lot of that stuff before, so thanks for that. Specifically, the info on different domains of stressors and how they have a cumulative effect. That was powerful. I also liked your personal stories and anecdotes and how you made the science bit understandable. I can see how powerful that session would be in a larger space with room to show your images, and getting people moving around and interacting in the group work elements.
